Senior Account Executive 

Brand Social Media

Reine Digital is seeking a seasoned and passionate social and digital marketing professional to support key client partnerships.  In a fast-paced environment, this person will support the development and execution of multi-channel social strategies, assess analytics, oversee copywriting and content creation, and lead some event execution. A key component to the position will be staying on top of industry trends and maintaining strong relationships with social platforms.  This person must be well organized, with great communication skills (both verbal and written), and willing and able to work some non-traditional hours, weekends and travel.  


This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensures all projects stay on course and meet timeline delivery expectations  

  • Capable of serving as a proxy for their Account Manager on client status calls and leading the day-to-day delivery of updates to clients via verbal or written communication 

  • Manage client social platforms with ease, including an intimate understanding of the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Snapchat and YouTube platforms  

  • Reviews monthly content calendars and guides long-term strategy planning 

  • Works to establish goals and benchmarks with clients to align creative direction with expected results 

  • Ideate strategic social concepts to elevate client owned channels and brand messaging across all platforms 

  • Manage the creation of social media campaigns from ideation through execution, implementing creative to meet business requirements, and evaluating results  

  • Ensure clients are achieving profitability or engagement results for their business objectives with the content we provide 

  • Escalate community management concerns and troubleshoot ways to improve customer services issues within the platforms should the need arise 

  • Direct the implementation of ad budgets across social channels to optimize client social spend that support brand objectives 

  • Display an understanding of paid social and influencer marketing best practices  

  • Provide occasional on-site event support by either working event logistics or shooting content, supporting social needs, or assisting clients with preparations 

  • Analyze and help report on social and digital data for client accounts 

  • Identifies new opportunities for account growth or scope gaps and actively works with leadership to propose ad hoc projects or business expansion year to year 

  • Oversee the daily work of an Account Executive or Account Coordinator and provide guidance as needed 


Skills & Abilities

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized 

  • Self-starter with passion for collaboration and content creation 

  • Strong writer with the ability to story tell for a variety of audiences across multiple platforms 

  • Professionalism in dealing with notable personalities and high-profile brands   

  • Excitement for new technology trends and implementation into strategy where appropriate 

  • Experience with social media aggregation platforms and analytics tracking software 

  • Professional understanding of social platforms including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Snapchat and YouTube 

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ad platform a plus 

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple topics while maintaining the integrity of your work 



  • 3+ years professional experience working in a digital media or communications role; experience working with brands, team or sponsor desired 

  • Superior written and verbal skills, editorial judgment, and knowledge of digital culture 

  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills 

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video/audio editing (Premiere) preferred 

  • Strong computer skills, including full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Knowledge and understanding of sponsor relations, as well as motorsports, is preferred but not required 

  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing best practices and process 

  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure with little management assistance 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or similar field 

  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (nights and weekends as required)
