Account Executive, Brand Marketing & Social Media

Reine Digital is seeking an experienced and passionate social and digital marketing professional to support key client partnerships.  In a fast-paced environment, this person will assist in developing and executing multi-channel social strategies, collect relevant analytics, perform copywriting tasks, and potentially assist on event execution. A key component to the position will be staying on top of industry trends and maintaining strong relationships with social platforms.  This person must be well organized, with great communication skills (both verbal and written), and willing and able to work some non-traditional hours, weekends and travel.   


This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC office and reports to the Reine Account Director.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Maintains oversight of all day-to-day projects to drive timely delivery of work, fulfillment of next steps on projects, and clear communication across the team  

  • Capable of serving as a proxy for their Senior Account Executive on client status calls and leading the day-to-day delivery of updates to clients via verbal or written communication  

  • Monitor assigned client social platforms with a comfort navigating Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and YouTube   

  • Compile monthly content calendars and assist on long-term strategy planning and brainstorming that optimizes against client goals  

  • Support social media campaigns by brainstorming new ideas  

  • Help draft copy to populate client social channels including both original content creation and strategic execution of sourced assets and archived imagery  

  • Observe and flag any community management issues across digital channels to set a plan for engaging with current followers   

  • Implement ad budgets across social channels to optimize client social spend (as directed) to drive campaign results that support brand objectives  

  • Source and manage vendor options for event support, collateral purchasing, transportation logistics, etc. as needed for event activations to ensure pricing stays within budget  

  • Support Account Director in client partnership marketing management, including communication with teams, tracks and other vendors 

  • Provide on-site hospitality support as needed for client event activation 

  • Manage asset tracker for client sponsorship assets 

  • Gather and organize social and digital data for client accounts  

  • Oversee the daily work of interns and Account Coordinators as available   


Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years professional experience working in a digital media or communications role; experience working with brands, team or sponsor desired  

  • Strong written and verbal skills, editorial judgment, and knowledge of digital culture  

  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills  

  • Interest and ability to work in creative content programs (i.e.: Canva) to design graphics and basic visuals  

  • Strong computer skills, including full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Motorsports or fashion knowledge preferred, but not required   

  • Awareness of influencer marketing process and usage for driving brand work  

  • Demonstrated ability working well under pressure and juggling multiple tasks at once  

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or similar field  

  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (nights and weekends as required)  

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized  

  • Self-starter with passion for collaboration and content creation  

  • Strong writer with the ability to story tell for a variety of audiences across multiple platforms  

  • Professionalism in dealing with notable personalities and high-profile brands    

  • Experience and excitement for working in social media platforms, identifying trends, and tracking results   

  • Solid understanding of social platforms including, but not limited to X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and YouTube  

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and X (formerly Twitter) Ad platform a plus  

  • An analytical mindset to review data and organize for reporting  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple topics while maintaining the integrity of your work
