Account Coordinator

Reine Digital is seeking an entry level social media and marketing professional to support key client partnerships. The Account Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day agency account activities with our internal agency staff and provide support to their account team in client communications. This position also will coordinate workflow and interface with our creative content team. This position will be exposed to multi-channel strategies, content creation, analytics reporting, and some event hosting. This person must be well-organized, have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and be willing and able to work non-traditional hours, and work some weekends with possible travel. 

  

This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC office and reports to the Reine Group Account Director. 

Role & Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for organizing, compiling, and tracking day-to-day projects 

  • Interface with internal agency partners to monitor the status of on-going projects and ensure smooth cooperation between the account and creative teams 

  • Take notes in meetings to ensure all conversations are documented and tracked 

  • Provide daily assistance for community management of assigned client social handles 

  • Assist with sponsorship and event activations, vendor outreach, planning documents, and hosting needs 

  • Ideate strategic post concepts to elevate client social channels and brand messaging across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and YouTube platforms 

  • Support management of social media campaigns from ideation through execution, including brainstorming new ideas, implementing based on business requirements and evaluating results performance metrics 

  • QA creative development to ensure all feedback has been addressed and is on brand 

  • Schedule and conduct status meeting with internal agency teammates 

  • Help draft engaging content ideas to populate client social channels  

  • Support community management across digital channels to engage with current followers and enhance client brand value social media 

  • Identify potential issues with community or industry feedback, and devise a plan for a response when appropriate 

  • Assist interns with managing daily workflow and project management 

  • Identify opportunities for emerging digital and social platforms, trends and potential new vendor relationships that can add value to social presence 

  

Skills & Abilities 

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized 

  • Self-starter with passion for collaboration and content creation 

  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to produce copy of varying tone and messaging based on target audience and social platform 

  • Professionalism in dealing with notable personalities and high-profile brands   

  • Excitement for new technology trends and implementation into strategy where appropriate 

  • Experience with social media aggregation platforms and analytics tracking software 

  • Professional understanding of social platforms including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and YouTube 

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ad platform a plus 

  • Knowledge associated with data analysis and reporting 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity of work product 

  

Qualifications 

  • Previous internship experience or 1+ years at a digital or marketing agency working with brands, a team or sponsor desired, but not required 

  • Superior written and verbal skills, editorial judgment, and knowledge of digital culture 

  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills 

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video/audio editing (Premiere) preferred 

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Creative Services and Canva preferred 

  • Knowledge and understanding of sponsor relations, as well as motorsports, is preferred but not required 

  • Strong computer skills, including full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Some experience in event planning, hosting, or on-site activations preferred 

  • Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or similar field 

  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (nights and weekends as required) and travel as necessary
