Digital Content Producer

Reine Digital is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Content Producer to support key client partnerships as part of our content team.  In a fast-paced environment, this person will wear several hats including working with our Director of Content and account teams to come up with unique digital marketing campaign concepts, shoot video and photography, edit content, and travel for on-site production assignments. This person must be well-organized, with great communication skills, both verbal and written, and willing and able to work non-traditional hours, weekends and travel at times. 

 

This role will report directly to our Director of Content.

 

This position is based in Charlotte, NC with ability to travel 1-2 days/week to Statesville, NC. 

Role & Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate and develop creative concepts that align with client expectations while working alongside Reine account team members on social media concept ideation 

  • Work comfortably within various sports and entertainment environments and facilities with an emphasis on NASCAR/Motorsports specific assignments 

  • Operate 4K digital/mirrorless video cameras both on-location and in-studio/set spaces 

  • Ability to ideate and concept live action sports videography social videos as well as scripted content for video production 

  • Exhibit efficiency in post-production editing to produce content across digital platforms 

  • Ability to color-grade LOG footage and RAW photography images 

  • Receive and interpret content requests from the account team leads and collaborate with them on concepting creative that drives results  

  • Plan and forecast production needs with an ability to set up/tear down sets, lighting, audio recorders, and cameras with minimal oversight 

  • Maintain an expertise in an ability to deliver high quality finished deliverables in a fast-paced working environment and occasionally delivering in-the moment edits for fast-turn deliverables for social/digital use 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure gear, cameras, lighting and other equipment is in proper working order, organized, and full operational for shooting 

  • Eager to learn new skills and constantly evolve in an understanding of videography, editing, photography, and new techniques 

  • Ability to use creative discretion to interpret client needs/briefings and deliver final products that best align with a client’s request for creative output 

  • Ability to travel (via car and air) for multi-day trips including overnight/weekend travel and be able to shoot in outdoor environments (up to 40%)

  • Proven ability to edit and visually tell a story for a variety of audiences across multiple platforms 

  • Professionalism in dealing with notable personalities, athletes, and high-profile brands   

  • Excitement for new technology trends and implementation into strategy where appropriate 

  • Professional understanding of social platforms and specs including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity of work product 

 

Qualifications 

  • Post-Secondary education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with a digital media, marketing, or advertising related emphasis or equivalent experience is required 

  • 2-4 years professional experience working in a digital media, videography/editing role; experience working with brands, sports team or sponsor desired but not required 

  • Superior written and verbal skills, editorial judgment and knowledge of digital culture 

  • Preferred expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software – Premiere, After-Effects, Lightroom, Audition), Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, but not required 

  • Knowledge and understanding of sponsor relations, is preferred but not required 

  • Interest and some level of understanding of the NASCAR/Motorsports industry 

  • Strong computer skills, including full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Strong interest in the latest digital, social media and video production trends emerging in sports and brand marketing industries 

  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (nights and weekends as required) and travel as necessary for on-site production 

  • This position requires standing, sitting and working at a desk on a computer along with potential lifting of camera equipment while navigating NASCAR/Indy Car tracks or other sporting venues 

  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds  

  • Will be asked to submit a professional portfolio with examples of work for review as part of the interview process
