Social Media Coordinator

Reine Digital is seeking an experienced and passionate social media professional to deliver social support for key brand clients. In a fast-paced environment, this person will need to develop comprehensive social plans and execute accordingly while collecting and reporting analytics. This person must be well-organized, with both great verbal and written skills, and be willing and able to work non-traditional hours, weekends & travel. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing management of client social platforms including content calendar creation, post execution and community management 

  • Identify and create strategic posts that elevate client’s brand awareness across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platform

  • Support management of social media campaigns from ideation through execution, including brainstorming new ideas and evaluating results performance metrics

  • Create engaging content to populate client social channels including both original content creation and strategic execution of sourced assets and archived imagery

  • Identify potential issues with community or industry feedback, and devise a plan for a response when appropriate

  • Gather, analyze and report on social and digital data for client accounts

  • Identify emerging digital and social platforms and trends to add value to social presence

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions  

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Self-starter with passion for collaboration and content creation

  • Professional understanding of social platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

  • Strong writer with the ability to story tell for a variety of audiences across various channels 

  • Excitement for new technology trends and implementation into strategy where appropriate

  • Experience with social media aggregation platforms and analytics tracking software

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ad platform a plus

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity of work product

 

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years professional experience working in a social or digital media role 

  • Superior written and verbal skills, editorial judgment and knowledge of digital culture

  • Strong computer skills, including full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Basic proficiency in photo/video/audio editing, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva desired 

  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (nights and weekends as required)

  • Interest and understanding of various sports properties and passion for social is a plus

This person will be tasked with developing multi-channel strategies, presenting and securing client buy-in, and executing strategies while collecting and reporting analytics. This person must be well-organized, with great communication skills, both verbal and written, and willing and able to work non-traditional hours, weekends and travel.

  • Provide day-to-day management of assigned client social channels, including content calendar oversight and long-term strategy planning and brainstorming that optimizes on client goals

  • Ideate strategic post concepts to elevate client social channels and brands across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platform

  • Manage social media campaigns from ideation through execution, including brainstorming new ideas, implementing based on business requirements and evaluating results performance metrics

  • Create engaging content to populate client social channels including both original content creation and strategic execution of sourced assets and archived imagery

  • Support community management across digital channels to engage with current followers and enhance client brand value social media

  • Identify potential issues with community or industry feedback, and devise a plan for a response when appropriate

  • Develop creative, clear and concise storytelling for a variety of audiences across multiple digital platforms  

  • Manage ad budgets across social channels to optimize client social spend to drive campaign results that support brand objectives

  • Gather, analyze and report on social and digital data for client accounts

  • Identify opportunities for emerging digital and social platforms, trends and potential new vendor relationships that can add value to social presence

  • Collaborate with team at large to brainstorm creative concepts and support implementation 

  • Support related client services for sponsor activation, including serving as client liaison responsible for overall project management and timely asset delivery

Business Manager 

Athlete & Brand Partnerships

Reine Digital is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support the daily account management of one its athlete clients. This person will be dedicated to supporting overall partner relations and licensing processes while overseeing ongoing logistics of relevant appearances and fulfillment related to the client’s required needs. This person must be well-organized, with great communication skills, both verbal and written, and willing and able to work non-traditional hours, weekends and travel in a fast-paced environment. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide account management for professional athlete that includes supporting both personal brand and partnership brand initiatives 

  • Manage talent schedule and coordination of relevant logistics  

  • Maintain and foster relationships with current and potential sponsor representatives 

  • Facilitate fulfillment of partnership need and activities, ensuring partner deliverables are fulfilled and scheduled accordingly to uphold contractual obligations 

  • Oversee approvals for partner requests including appearances, visual imagery, etc. 

  • Consult with client on overall social strategy and direction to maximize social agency support of both talent and partner goals and needs 

  • Support development of licensing plans that elevate client’s personal brand through: 

    • Researching and pitching vendors 

    • Ideation, creation and approvals of licensed goods 

    • Development of new licensing revenue streams 

  • Assist in development of new business plan materials to support partner growth 

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years professional experience working in a partnership or brand management role; experience working directly with athletes preferred 

  • Superior written and verbal skills 

  • Efficiency in managing administrative tasks and logistics like scheduling and travel booking 

  • Strong computer skills, including full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (nights and weekends as required)

  • Qualified candidate must be located or willing to relocate to the greater Charlotte area
